Jen Racicot, PCLC, NCC
Hello! My name is Jen Racicot (pronounced Roscoe) and I am a provisionally licensed clinical professional counselor with a Masters from the University of Montana who works with children, teens and adults.
I am a 5th generation Montanan with over 20 years of experience working in our communities, I have been honored to serve in the Montana school systems teaching k-8, coaching and facilitating workshops in Resiliency, Emotional Intelligence and Communication skills all over the state. I have special training in dream-work, expressive arts processing (BFA in Fine Arts) and trauma informed practices.
As a therapist, I approach counseling work that is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Mindfulness, Person Centered and Jungian modalities. I believe in a compassionate focus, interweaving creativity and fostering meaningful connection when working with clients. I strive to provide a supportive and safe space to cultivate your unique strengths towards growth and change. Together we can work towards understanding life events, processing emotions, and exploring new skills in cultivating the life you want.
In my free time, I can be found in nature floating rivers, mountain-biking trails, skiing in the winter and painting in the studio.
