Welcome All! My name is Bri. I am an empathic and experienced trauma-focused therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful change. With a strengths-based approach, I  integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness-based techniques, somatic therapy, Trauma-Focused Expressive Arts Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). This diverse toolbox allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I work with teens and adults, specializing in areas such as addiction, ADHD, anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder, chronic pain and medical issues, domestic violence (survivors and perpetrators), family dynamics and parenting, grief, LGBTQIA+ concerns, pregnancy and postpartum support, sexual assault (survivors and perpetrators), spirituality, trauma and PTSD, as well as gender-specific issues for both women and men.

With a warm, nonjudgmental presence, my goal is to empower clients to explore their inner worlds, develop self-compassion, and build resilience. Whether addressing the complexities of trauma, fostering personal growth, or strengthening relationships, I am committed to creating a safe, collaborative space for healing and transformation.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work focusing in Addictions studies from the University of Montana and my Master of Social Work focusing in trauma from the University of Montana.
