Hannah Vasquez, SWLC, MSW

I believe we all deserve a place where we can set down the things we’ve been carrying and be met with compassion, curiosity, and understanding. Reaching out for support can be one of the bravest things we do, and my goal as a therapist is to create a warm and welcoming environment where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, or simply feeling stuck, you deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Montana, where my education deepened my belief that healing happens in relationship and that every person deserves to be met with compassion and dignity. My background in social work has given me the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult and transformative seasons. I believe therapy isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating space to better understand yourself, explore what you’re experiencing, and discover new ways to move forward.

My approach is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and the belief that every person has strengths worth building upon. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, honor the challenges you’ve faced, and reconnect with the strengths, values, and inner wisdom that can help guide you forward.

Outside of the office, you’ll often find me tending my garden, hiking Montana trails, spending time with my horse and dog, or simply enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. Nature has always been a place of grounding and renewal for me, and I believe there is something powerful about slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves, and finding moments of peace along the way.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
