Aly Gottschlich, PCLC, NCC

Life transitions can bring both opportunity and uncertainty. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, questions about identity, academic or career stress, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

I am a Provisionally Licensed Clinical Counselor (PCLC). I primarily work with emerging adults, college students, and young professionals as they navigate life transitions, identity development, and personal growth. I am passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, clarify what matters most to them, and create lives that feel meaningful and authentic.

My approach is rooted in existential therapy while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when helpful. Together, we can explore questions of meaning, purpose, identity, and connection while developing practical tools to manage anxiety, self-doubt, and patterns that may no longer be serving you. My goal is to help you build greater self-awareness and live in a way that feels aligned with your values.

I view therapy as a collaborative process where you can show up exactly as you are. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, challenged, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Insurances accepted: Medicaid (credentialing in process), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Allegiance, Missoula County Employee Benefits Program, MT Health Co-Op (Utah health Plans), Allegiance-Cigna, Healthy MT Kids – under Blue Cross Blue Shield. Out-of-pocket is $90/session.
