I am a SWLC in Missoula, MT. I have an AA and BA in social and psychological science. I completed my Masters of Social Work at Simmons University with a certificate in trauma. Whether you are seeking support through life’s challenges, looking to explore personal growth, or simply need a listening ear, know that you are in a safe and welcoming environment. As your counselor I want to walk alongside you with compassionate support and guidance to navigate whatever may be weighing on your heart and mind.

I have several years of experience working with clients from various demographics and of all ages. I also have extensive experience in working with clients with a broad range of mental health diagnoses, including SDMI diagnoses. I offer evidence-based practice in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, identify their strengths, and develop coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

With a warm and empathetic approach I utilizes evidence-based techniques such as Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and psychodynamic therapy to tailor treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual. I believe in a collaborative and strengths-based approach, empowering her clients to harness their inner resources and build resilience.

Insurances accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Allegiance, Pacific Source, MT Health Co-Op (Utah health Plans), Allegiance-Cigna, Healthy MT Kids – under Blue Cross Blue Shield. Out-of-pocket is $90/session.
