Josephine Lange, SWLC, MSW
If you or your child are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I love working with kids, teens, and young adults, and I also support adults through life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, or that constant feeling of being overwhelmed, I’m here to help you understand what’s going on and build real, practical skills to move forward.
My approach is supportive, patient, and focused on progress. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and a strengths-based approach to help you create meaningful change—not just in sessions, but in your everyday life.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t need to have the right words or a perfect starting point—we’ll figure it out together, one step at a time.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in 2022 and my Master of Social Work from the University of Montana, and I am currently licensed as an SWLC. I also have a background in Wilderness Studies and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, which shapes my perspective on growth, identity, and resilience. Originally from Hamilton, I’m grateful to now be part of the Missoula community and the opportunities it offers for connection and growth.
